5 pounds russet potatoes, peeled and boiled in salted water until done, drain.
1 Foggy Morning Cheese, softened (leave at room temperature for 1 hour).
1 cup unsalted butter, softened.
1/2 cup heavy whipping cream, (leave at room temp for 1 hour).
1 Tablespoon garlic salt.
Freshly ground pepper.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Place potatoes in large bowl. Add all other ingredients. Mix with a beater at medium speed for about 3 minutes or until smooth. Taste and adjust seasoning. (It can be refrigerated at this point for up to 3 days). Bring to room temperature before baking.
Place potatoes in a 9 by 13 inch pan. Bake for 30 minutes or until potatoes are hot all the way through. Serve & enjoy!
